Zyliss 2-in-1 Handheld Slicer
Food prep just got a little help from Zyliss. The Zyliss 2-in-1 Handheld Slicer takes the premium features of a mandoline-type slicer and adds in the ease of a quick-use handle to safely slice produce. This handheld slicer offers two blades and multiple slicing options. A sharp angled serrated blade cleanly slices onions, zucchini, tomatoes, and citrus fruits. The second julienne blade is for julienning carrots, potatoes, and apples.

Adjustable slicing thicknesses
Slide the red thickness selector lever up and down to easily move between slicing thicknesses: ultra-thin, thin, and medium size slices.

The 2-in-1 Handheld Slicer can slice all types of fruits and vegetables due to the angled serrated slicing blade. The push button makes it easy to move between slicing and julienning. To add to the slicer's versatility, it also features a wide slicing surface that can accommodate large produce.

Knife Sharpening
Browns Kitchen offers knife sharpening at 75¢ per inch of the blade. We are able to sharpen most kitchen knives, including serrated blades. We are unable to sharpen scissors, pocket knives, and ceramic blades. When you bring your knives in, a team member will do a brief knife consultation where they examine the knife brand, style, and existing condition to assess if we are able to sharpen your knives using our equipment. We try our best to have a 24 hour turnaround time, but it can take up to 48 hours.
