Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund. However, if the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping.

Defective or damaged item
While we strive to package items with care, we recognize that shipping mishaps can occur. Should your item arrive damaged, kindly contact us at info@brownskitchen.com. To process a refund or replacement, we require clear photos of the damaged item(s), the packaging, and your order number. Without these, we may be unable to proceed with a resolution. After verifying the order number and shipped products, we will work with you to either replace or refund your items. If your item has a warranty offered through the vendor, you may need to work with that company directly in order to receive a replacement or refund. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, spices, and extracts), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and disposables (such as cake boxes and food containers). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Please note that clearance items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an unused item in its original packaging, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges are subject to availability.
