Currently, we are only shipping within the Contiguous United States. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays. Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Once processed, most orders arrive within 4-6 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your delivery status. If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@brownskitchen.com.
Defective or damaged item
While we strive to package items with care, we recognize that shipping mishaps can occur. Should your item arrive damaged, kindly contact us at info@brownskitchen.com. To assist with your claim, we require clear photos of the damaged item(s), the packaging, and your order number. Without these, we may not be able to process a refund or replacement. If your item has a warranty offered through the vendor, you may need to work with that company directly in order to receive a replacement or refund.
Free Shipping Exclusions
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. Certain products are excluded from free shipping promotions due to size, weight, or special pricing considerations. Excluded items include sale and clearance merchandise, large or heavy electrics, oversized products such as teak cutting boards, and other select items marked as ineligible for free shipping. Shipping charges for excluded items will be calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.
