The extra thick, 100% recycled cast aluminum body provides uniform heat distribution while the flat base will not tip, spin or warp while you’re perfecting your dish.
Not only is this pan small enough for convenient storage, the revolutionary coating is perfect for a variety of dishes. From fluffy scrambled eggs to pan fried fish, you no longer need to worry about food tearing or sticking to the pan. Our XD coating browns meats impeccably while still providing an incredibly easy clean-up. The rivet-free cooking surface protects against bacteria build-up while the flame guard has been enhanced with brushed stainless steel for a sophisticated look all its own. Additionally, this 7” Fry Pan features comfortable, ergonomic handles that are engineered to stay cool on the stovetop, and the pan is oven safe up to 500°F (260°C) for an easy switch from stovetop to oven. The new XD coating creates an improved seal between the nonstick cooking surface and the sturdy aluminum base, providing a tougher and more corrosion-resistant layer.

Knife Sharpening
Browns Kitchen offers knife sharpening at 75¢ per inch of the blade. We are able to sharpen most kitchen knives, including serrated blades. We are unable to sharpen scissors, pocket knives, and ceramic blades. When you bring your knives in, a team member will do a brief knife consultation where they examine the knife brand, style, and existing condition to assess if we are able to sharpen your knives using our equipment. We try our best to have a 24 hour turnaround time, but it can take up to 48 hours.
