The OXO Good Grips 5-Pound Food Scale with Pull-Out Display is great for weighing meat, produce, herbs, spices and more. The easy-read digital display features large numbers and measures in 1/8-ounce and 1-gram increments. An optional backlight illuminates the display in low-light situations, and a convenient weight indicator shows what remains of the Scale’s 5-lb capacity. The digital display easily pulls away from the base to prevent shadowing from large plates or bowls. Knife Sharpening

Browns Kitchen offers knife sharpening at 75¢ per inch of the blade. We are able to sharpen most kitchen knives, including serrated blades. We are unable to sharpen scissors, pocket knives, and ceramic blades. When you bring your knives in, a team member will do a brief knife consultation where they examine the knife brand, style, and existing condition to assess if we are able to sharpen your knives using our equipment. We try our best to have a 24 hour turnaround time, but it can take up to 48 hours.
