Made from earthenware, the mixing bowl is light enough to hold in one arm while mixing, but sturdy enough when using on the counter top, making it the perfect bowl for home or professional bakers.
The distinct patterned exterior and rim is designed to help bakers grip and tip the bowl, while the wide shallow shape allows for kneading within the bowl. The Size 12 Mixing bowl measures 29cm x 14cm, with a capacity of 4 litres, making this a perfect size for dough, pastry, cake or cookie mixes. The bowl is dishwasher and freezer safe.

Knife Sharpening
Browns Kitchen offers knife sharpening at 75¢ per inch of the blade. We are able to sharpen most kitchen knives, including serrated blades. We are unable to sharpen scissors, pocket knives, and ceramic blades. When you bring your knives in, a team member will do a brief knife consultation where they examine the knife brand, style, and existing condition to assess if we are able to sharpen your knives using our equipment. We try our best to have a 24 hour turnaround time, but it can take up to 48 hours.
