Gather around the table at Browns Kitchen for an Italian cooking class that brings the warmth and tradition of a family dinner to life. In this class, you’ll learn how to prepare classic Italian dishes that are perfect for sharing with loved ones. From hand-rolled pasta to rich, flavorful sauces and an irresistible sweet treat, we’ll guide you through creating a complete Italian meal, just like Nonna would make. With a focus on fresh ingredients, simple techniques, and hearty flavors, this class is all about celebrating the joy of cooking and eating together. By the end, you'll have the skills to recreate an authentic Italian family dinner that will bring everyone to the table!

Class Cancellations
Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the seat(s). To cancel, please call (850) 385-5665. If you have to cancel your reservation, we will provide either a refund or a store credit via gift card. You may use the store credit towards any future class or products in the store. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, we cannot offer a refund.

Waitlist Policy
If the class you are interested in attending is sold out, please fill out the "Email Me When Available" form which can be found beneath the "Sold Out" symbol for the class. The waitlist does not guarantee a seat and available seats are first come first serve. You will receive an email if a seat becomes available.
Browns Kitchen is the only retailer in Tallahassee that carries Nora Fleming. We have a wide selection of stoneware, melamine, and maple serveware. We also carry Nora's adorable interchangeable minis, including the licensed FSU, UF, and UA football helmets.

Knife Sharpening
Browns Kitchen offers knife sharpening at 75¢ per inch of the blade. We are able to sharpen most kitchen knives, including serrated blades. We are unable to sharpen scissors, pocket knives, and ceramic blades. When you bring your knives in, a team member will do a brief knife consultation where they examine the knife brand, style, and existing condition to assess if we are able to sharpen your knives using our equipment. We try our best to have a 24 hour turnaround time, but it can take up to 48 hours.
