The Breville Bit More™ Toaster combines precise electronic control with practical everyday functionality, delivering consistent results across a wide range of breads, bagels, and pastries. Designed with Breville's signature attention to detail, this compact two-slice toaster incorporates intelligent features that provide greater control over the toasting process without sacrificing simplicity.
At the center of its design are Breville's exclusive Lift & Look™ and A Bit More™ functions. Lift & Look™ allows users to raise and inspect toast progress at any point during the cycle without canceling the program, while A Bit More™ adds a small amount of additional toasting time with a single button press. These features eliminate much of the guesswork associated with traditional toasters and help achieve more precise browning results.
Variable browning control allows users to fine-tune toast color and texture to their preference, while the integrated LED progress indicator displays the remaining cycle time. This visual feedback makes it easy to monitor progress and maintain consistency from one batch to the next.
The extra-wide slots are designed to accommodate modern bakery-style breads, thick-cut artisan loaves, dense pastries, and bagels without crowding or uneven exposure to heat. Dedicated Bagel and Defrost settings further expand the toaster's versatility. The Bagel function adjusts heat distribution to properly toast cut surfaces while preserving the exterior texture, while the Defrost setting automatically adapts the cycle for frozen breads and pastries.
Powered by a 1000-watt heating system, the Bit More™ Toaster delivers efficient and even heat distribution while maintaining a compact footprint suitable for smaller kitchens, apartments, and limited counter spaces. A manual lift lever provides additional control and makes retrieving smaller items easier and safer.

Knife Sharpening
Browns Kitchen offers knife sharpening at 75¢ per inch of the blade. We are able to sharpen most kitchen knives, including serrated blades. We are unable to sharpen scissors, pocket knives, and ceramic blades. When you bring your knives in, a team member will do a brief knife consultation where they examine the knife brand, style, and existing condition to assess if we are able to sharpen your knives using our equipment. We try our best to have a 24 hour turnaround time, but it can take up to 48 hours.
