Made with Nielsen-Massey’s Pure Lemon Extract, Pure Lemon Paste contains oil drawn from the natural essence of the highest quality lemons. Pure Lemon Paste inspires creativity by providing a convenient way to add a layer of sweet, bright, citrus flavor to a variety of recipes. The paste’s thick consistency (similar to molasses) enables you to add more delicious lemon flavor without the need to juice or zest. It’s excellent as a glaze on top of cakes and scones or brushed on fish before grilling or broiling. You can also add it to yogurt, frostings and pastry creams for a lovely lemon flavor.

Knife Sharpening

Browns Kitchen offers knife sharpening at 75¢ per inch of the blade. We are able to sharpen most kitchen knives, including serrated blades. We are unable to sharpen scissors, pocket knives, and ceramic blades. When you bring your knives in, a team member will do a brief knife consultation where they examine the knife brand, style, and existing condition to assess if we are able to sharpen your knives using our equipment. We try our best to have a 24 hour turnaround time, but it can take up to 48 hours.
