Cooking Class Options

  • Demonstration

    Group size: 12 - 25 (This format can be scheduled for groups of less than 12 but a minimum charge of 12 guests will apply)

    Length of time: 2 Hours, including time to eat.

    Enjoy a chef-prepared meal in our teaching kitchen with insight, storytelling, and a relaxed, social atmosphere.

  • Hands-On

    Group size: 12 - 22 (This format can be scheduled for groups of less than 12 but a minimum charge of 12 guests will apply)

    Length of time: 2 Hours, including time to eat.

    Work alongside one of our chefs as your group prepares a thoughtfully curated menu from scratch, then relax and enjoy the meal you’ve created together.

  • Short Form

    Group size: 10 - 25 (This format can be scheduled for groups of less than 10 but a minimum charge of 10 guests will apply)

    Length of time: 30 - 45 Minutes

    Often referred to as a “Lunch & Learn”, this shorter experience is perfect for daytime groups, garden clubs, and lighter events.

Wine Tasting Experiences

  • Chef’s Wine Pairing Dinner:

    Enjoy a chef-driven dinner with expertly chosen wine pairings, along with insight into how and why each pairing works.

    This collaborative experience is led by Chef Rich and our in-house wine expert, Velva Knapp. Together, they will prepare a thoughtfully designed multi-course menu, with each dish paired to complement and elevate the wines selected.

  • Wine Tasting Experience:

    Sip and learn through a guided tasting, paired with small bites, while gaining confidence in wine selection, flavor profiles, and pairing basics. This is a relaxed, educational wine class led by Velva Knapp, designed to help guests explore and better understand a curated selection of wines.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book?

We typically fill our schedule six to eight weeks in advance, so we recommend reserving your date as early as possible. Our events are typically hosted on Tuesday & Thursday evenings, as well as Saturday mornings. Please reach out to us if there is a different day or time you are interested in.

What is included?

We always have water and coffee available for our guests. Wine can be purchased by the glass by all guests over the age of 21. Each guest will receive a copy of the recipes to take home and a serving of each dish prepared. Plus, your party will enjoy 10% off in-store during your event!

How many guests can you seat?

Our cooking classes and private wine experiences can accommodate up to 25 guests. Please note that all private events have a minimum booking requirement. Most events are based on a minimum of 12 guests, and this minimum charge applies regardless of final attendance. This allows us to provide the full experience, including staffing, preparation, and ingredients, at the highest level of quality.

How do I reserve a date?

A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date, with the remaining balance due on the day of the event. Your deposit can be paid in-person, over the phone, or via a digital payment link.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are fully refundable if the event is canceled at least 45 days prior to the scheduled date. If the event is canceled fewer than 45 days before the scheduled date, the deposit will be forfeited.
