Whipped Feta Dip with Za'atar

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. block of feta cheese
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus more for garnish
  • 1 clove garlic, smashed
  • 1 Tbsp Spicewalla Za’atar plus more for garnish

  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Pita chips or Naan for serving

Directions

  1. Add feta, yogurt, lemon juice, water, honey, olive oil, garlic, Za’atar, salt, and pepper to a food processor or blender. 

  2. Blend until fully combined.

  3. Place in a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil and finish with a sprinkle of more Za’atar.

  4. Serve immediately with pita chips or naan wedges.
