Ingredients
- 1lb Raw Shrimp, deveined
- 6 Sliced Pancetta
⅓ cup Smoked Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp Maple-Wood Smoked Bacon Infused Olive Oil
2 tsp Sweet Applewood Barbecue Rub & Seasoning

Cast Iron Shrimp Grill Pan
Directions
- Preheat the grill to 350 F.
- Cut pancetta in half lengthwise. Wrap each shrimp with a half slice of pancetta.
- In a small bowl combine vinegar, olive oil, and rub.
- Brush mixture over shrimp and let sit for 10 minutes.
Add shrimp to Cast Iron Grill Pan. Grill shrimp until opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
