Ingredients

4 Large Onions, peeled slices in rounds ¼ thick (about 4 slices per onion)

3 Tbsp Olive Oil

½ tsp Salt

¼ tsp Black Pepper

¼ Cup Finch + Fennel Vidalia Onion BBQ Sauce

Fresh Thyme or Parsley for Garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease it.
Arrange the onions on the baking sheet in a single layer, drizzle with olive oil, salt, & pepper.
Roast for 10 minutes then brush the onions with Finch + Fennel Vidalia Onion BBQ Sauce then continue roasting for another 10-15 minutes, until tender & caramelized.
Remove from the oven & drizzle with additional BBQ sauce, if desired.
Garnish with fresh thyme or parsley before serving.
