Bozeman, Montana
Brie and her mom, Michelle, started Olivelle from a shared love of good food and creativity. After college, Brie moved home and the two opened a little retail store, excited to share their culinary obsessions. But they quickly hit a wall—finding truly high-quality infused oils and vinegars was harder than expected. So, they made a bold move: they’d create their own.
Starting with a single estate extra virgin olive oil, they began crafting their own infusions, setting a new standard for quality in the industry. From that moment on, Olivelle was about more than just oil—it was about doing things the right way, even when it’s harder. Today, they craft over 150 small-batch products using only the best ingredients, many sourced from small family farms.
Brie describes Olivelle as a brand “where oils, vinegars, spices, and recipes converge to inspire you and your family.” And that inspiration started, fittingly, with her own.
