Dive into the delectable world of chocolate craftsmanship with our Chocolate 101 class. In this class, Chef Nikki will uncover the mystery of what type of chocolate to use, how to temper chocolate, and make working with chocolate not so scary. Make your reservation now, to experience the how-to’s you’ve been looking for to up your chocolate making game! Guests will also learn about chocolate transfer sheets and how and when to temper chocolate.

Class Cancellations
Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the seat(s). To cancel, please call (850) 385-5665. If you have to cancel your reservation, we will provide either a refund or a store credit via gift card. You may use the store credit towards any future class or products in the store. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, we cannot offer a refund.

Waitlist Policy
If the class you are interested in attending is sold out, please fill out the "Email Me When Available" form which can be found beneath the "Sold Out" symbol for the class. The waitlist does not guarantee a seat and available seats are first come first serve. You will receive an email if a seat becomes available.
Browns Kitchen is the only retailer in Tallahassee that carries Nora Fleming. We have a wide selection of stoneware, melamine, and maple serveware. We also carry Nora's adorable interchangeable minis, including the licensed FSU, UF, and UA football helmets.

Knife Sharpening
Browns Kitchen offers knife sharpening at 75¢ per inch of the blade. We are able to sharpen most kitchen knives, including serrated blades. We are unable to sharpen scissors, pocket knives, and ceramic blades. When you bring your knives in, a team member will do a brief knife consultation where they examine the knife brand, style, and existing condition to assess if we are able to sharpen your knives using our equipment. We try our best to have a 24 hour turnaround time, but it can take up to 48 hours.
