In this class you will learn how to properly brine and roast a turkey, resulting in the juiciest turkey possible!  We will also use the pan drippings to make a classic Thanksgiving turkey gravy, and unlock the mysteries of the "do's and don'ts" in sauce technique.  Our cranberry chutney will be a twist on the old classic cranberry sauce, which will certainly please your guests. Tired of dry ole' stuffing from a box?  In this class you will learn how to make Chef Nikki's famous sausage and apple cornbread stuffing so you can kick that box to the curb! And finally, we will make homemade eggnog to kick off they Holiday Season!
