In this class we will make home-made pasta dough and hand stuffed ravioli.  We will explore the fundamentals of pasta making while taking a journey into fall flavors.  A perfect balance of sweet and savory are on tap for this partially hands-on class.  We will also sear up and roast a cranberry-glazed turkey tenderloin.  And finally, if you’ve ever wanted to learn how to make the perfect vinaigrette, we will explore the fundamentals of emulsifying two unmixable ingredients!
