Appetizer: Provencal White Bean Dip w/ Crostini

Entrée: Roasted Chicken Cassoulet w/ Aligot

Dessert: Blackberry Crème Brulee

It has been a while, but Chef Benny is back for good and he is ready to give you everything you have been craving! We will be starting our journey back into Chef Benny’s world by going straight to the heart of cooking, and head back to France. The meal will start with a quick American-twist on a French standard, a Cannellini bean dip made with roasted garlic and served with oven-roasted crostini. Afterwards, we’ll continue to showcase the power of the Cannellini bean with some roasted chicken cassoulet, a French standard, and we’ll serve that with aligot, a creamy, cheesy form of potatoes that has been all the rage on the internet. Lastly, we’ll stop at another French classic with a nice spring twist as we drop some fresh blackberries into an easy to prepare dessert that you’ll be making week after week. Chef Benny is excited to be coming back to Brown’s Home Kitchen Center, and he cannot wait to see all your smiling faces!
