If you have family coming for the holidays and you want to dazzle them with a breakfast/brunch that can be prepared the day before and baked the morning of, this class is for you!

Chef Mark will demonstrate the use of puff pastry in producing some savory breakfast items that will be perfect for the holiday brunch.  He will show the making of Braided Holiday Brunch Loaves with puff pastry dough and Savory Egg, sausage and cheese breakfast strudels which can be made with puff pastry dough or phyllo dough sheets.  Additionally, he will make Chocolate Cherry Scones and demonstrate the makeup and handling of this dough.  As in all his classes, Chef Mark will focus on fundamental baking skills and techniques as well as answer any baking questions you might have.

Braided Breakfast Loaf (Puff Pastry Dough)

(with potatoes, peppers, eggs, sausage and cheese)

Breakfast Strudels (Phyllo Dough)

(with sausage, egg, herbs, and lots of cheese!)

Chocolate Cherry Scones
